Company Policy

1. All international orders are non/cancellable and non-returnable (NC/NR)
2. All international orders must specify freight carrier of choice and provide the customer’s account number: no P/P&A.
3. Domestic orders are NC/NR, however, some exceptions apply. Call for details.
4. Payment terms are wire transfer in advance (W/T), Credit Card (CC) or COD. Customer pays all fees and bank charges.
5. All orders are shipped plus or minus 10% on quantity.
6. FOB is Chatsworth, Ca. or shipping point of origin.
7. No freight allowed policy.
8. Same day shipment for stock items if order is placed before 12:00pm P.S.T.
